1. Who we are

BundleDock (“we”, “us”, “the app”) is a Shopify application operated by Bhavin Domadiya. It helps merchants create product bundles (Buy X Get Y, percentage off, fixed amount, and fixed amount off), install a theme block, and apply automatic discounts at checkout.

This policy explains what information we process when you install and use the app on your Shopify store.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may process:

• Shop information — store domain, currency, timezone, and basic shop settings needed to run the app.
• Product & catalog data — product titles, variants, images, prices, inventory availability, and collections you choose for a bundle.
• Bundle configuration — titles, handles, discount rules, schedules, quantity rules, design settings, and install preferences you save in the app.
• Order-related analytics — limited order data used to show bundle performance (for example revenue or units sold) when customers check out with a bundle. We do not store shopper personal profiles in our database.
• Authentication / session data — tokens and session records required for Shopify OAuth and embedded admin access.

We do not intentionally collect personal information from your storefront shoppers beyond what Shopify provides to operate discounts and optional sales analytics.

3. How we use information

• Provide, operate, and improve BundleDock features.
• Create and manage bundles, theme block settings, and checkout discounts.
• Show merchants analytics about bundle performance.
• Respond to support requests and keep the app secure and reliable.
• Comply with Shopify platform requirements, including mandatory privacy webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact).

4. Data storage & sharing

Bundle configuration and related shop data are stored in a PostgreSQL database so the admin UI, theme proxy, and discount logic can work together. The app is hosted on Netlify.

Infrastructure providers may process data in regions outside your country (for example hosting or database regions). We do not sell your store data. Shopify also processes data under Shopify’s own terms when you use Online Store, Checkout, and Admin.

5. Data retention

We keep app data while your store has the app installed. After uninstall, Shopify may send a shop/redact webhook (about 48 hours later). When we receive it, we delete sessions, bundles, bundle products, and shop settings for that shop. We may retain minimal logs needed for security or legal obligations for a limited period.

6. Your choices & rights

Merchants can update or delete bundles in the app, change settings, or uninstall BundleDock at any time from Shopify Admin.

To request access, correction, export, or deletion of shop data we store, email bhavindomadia45@gmail.com with your shop domain and the request type. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures appropriate for a Shopify embedded app (encrypted transport, access-controlled admin sessions, and limited API scopes). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect shop data against unauthorized access.

8. Children’s privacy

BundleDock is intended for Shopify merchants and business use. It is not directed at children under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
