What to include in your message

Quick help
- Create a bundle — open BundleDock from Shopify Admin and follow the wizard: Discount → Products → Details → Design.
- Install on your theme — after create/save, use the Install step to add the BundleDock theme block and paste the bundle handle.
- Discounts at checkout — make sure the bundle is Active (or scheduled), products are available, and the discount function is registered for your shop.
- Draft vs Active — Draft bundles stay hidden from customers. Set Status to Active and save to go live.
Common questions
Why isn’t my bundle showing on the storefront?
Confirm the theme block is installed, the handle matches, and the bundle is Active (not Draft) and within any start/end schedule.
Why is the discount missing in checkout?
Complete the required bundle quantity in the widget, then check that the app’s discount function is available and the cart lines include the bundle properties.
Can I use a collection instead of hand-picked products?
Yes. On the Products step, choose Collection and select a collection. Only active, available variants are used.

BundleDock runs inside Shopify Admin. Install or open it from the Shopify App Store / Apps section of your store, or visit the app home page.
